This week, Nick talks to Hernan Sias, creator of the Business Bros podcast, about the ways in which businesses can build your personal brand and prospect using the power of podcasting, or the media channel of your choice.


Podcasting should be viewed as time spent prospecting. In business we are happy to spend time on growth. The same ethic should be embraced in podcasting.
When you’re building a business, customer acquisition is a skill you have to master. This comes in three forms:
Driving inbound prospects
Traditional outbound – normally an interruption technique
When we gain a customer’s trust, we gain permission to tap into their data. Once we can do this, conversations become so much more personal and resonant.
If we provide service and value to others, we gain trust and recognition for our own brand. Work to establish the value you can give.
