Putting your time to its best use is all about leverage, and there’s no better way of doing it than to employ the use of Virtual Assistants (VAs) in order to make the most of your life and your income. In this week’s ’15 Minutes To Action’ show, Nick tells you all about how to make the best use of this incredible resource.
- Leveraging the skills of other people gives you a super-power of sorts, and the costs aren’t as prohibitive as you think. Remember that you are investing in making your output as streamlined and efficient as possible.
- Be really clear on why you need to hire a virtual assistant. Ascertain if this really will save you time and money. Think about the impact this will have on your business.
- Over the course of a week, take notes on the tasks you’re doing, and how long they’re taking you to complete. You may be surprised at how much of your time is taken up by tasks that can be easily handed off.
- There are parts of the world in which the costs of living are significantly lower than in the Western world. This means that you can find VAs at a much more affordable rate.
‘I adore systems and processes and the ability to be able to leverage certain tasks’
‘Seeing the opportunities is massive. That’s what you need to scale’
‘Time is more valuable than money!’
‘If you don’t think you can afford a VA, then you’re not thinking with enough resourcefulness’
