  • If you are either generating revenue or funded - our agreement falls within £3,500 to £6,500 per month. This aids you to accelerate growth, enhance customer success, and profitable customer acquisition.

Ad-hoc

Any Stage
£ 450 Per HOUR
  • For addressing a specific issue, we resort to an ad-hoc consulting model at $450 per hour in 4-hour blocks.

What's Included?

Weekly Touchpoints: Regular weekly sessions are crucial to maintain the rhythm and drive of our collaboration. Additionally, we might have brief check-ins during the week to gauge progress or discuss key outcomes. Depending on our focus, I may need insights from your sales data, product plans, or other relevant tools.

Focused Hourly Sessions: If there’s a specific challenge or goal you’re facing, we can shift to an hourly session. This allows us to zero in on that area, setting aside wider organizational topics for another time. A 4-hour minimum commitment ensures we can make real headway. Sessions can focus on areas like funding, hiring strategies, or market approaches.

Monthly Commitment: Suited to your current stage, the monthly model includes four in-depth sessions, each 60 to 90 minutes long. In between, we’ll have short chats and ongoing communication, be it via text or shared documents. If something urgent crops up, just message me, and we’ll arrange an immediate call. My priority is responsiveness. Within this framework, I expect you to stay proactive, work on tasks between our meetings, and come prepared.
